Appellant, Alejandro Franco Amador, appeals from his conviction and sentence, following a jury trial, for second degree drug trafficking, section 195.223, RSMo 2000. Amador was sentenced to ten years imprisonment. Because this court finds there was insufficient evidence to prove the defendant constructively possessed methamphetamine, the judgment of the trial court is reversed.
