A jury convicted Adam Jackson Bragg of the attempted murders (Pen. Code, 664, 187, subd. (a); undesignated section references that follow are to the Penal Code) of W.V., S.P., and R.S. As to the attempted murders of W.V. and S.P., the jury found that during the commission of those offenses, defendant intentionally and personally discharged a firearm resulting in great bodily injury (12022.53, subd. (d)), that he intentionally and personally discharged a firearm (12022.53, subd. (c)), and that he committed the offense for the benefit of or in association with a criminal street gang (186.22, subd. (b)(1)). As to the attempted murder of R.S., the jury made the same findings except that it did not find that defendant intentionally and personally discharged a firearm resulting in great bodily injury (12022.53, subd. (d)).
